Product Description

Neuzyme InstaConc is an ultra-highly concentrated wide-range pH cellulase granule. It is designed for use in neutral or slightly acidic biofinishing processes. The product is widely used in fabric biopolishing and denim washing.

Cellulases together with mechanical agitation caused fiber surface abrasion along with dye release from yarns. Due to the detrimental effect of acid cellulases on cellulose degradation, neutral cellulases were used instead. In spite of the merits of biostoning with cellulases, redeposition of the released dye on the garments, also known as backstaining, was the major problem.
